We build everything on site. 

We use quality Pressure treated 2×6’s for the foundation. This will be raised and leveled on 2″ concrete blocks to avoid contact with the ground.

The floor is high quality 3/4″ plywood.

For the Walls we use 2×4 studs and 2×4 top/bottom plates will be used for framing, 24″ or 16″ on center stud depending on the build.

Our Trusses again depending on the build type will be 2×4’s or 2×6’s.

On top of the trusses we will install OSB.  The OSB is then covered with Architectural shingles.

Siding is a 4×8 sheets of LP Smartside Pre-primed t1-11. The standard color is a Beige. If its a custom paint we will paint ahead of time and then touch up after the build. The trim can be white PVC, or LP Smartside Biege or color of choice. 

The True Shed Doubl door that we build is included in our base price on the quote.
